Our House
The Pri Štefacovi homestead has stood at the edge of Lake Cerknica, in the village of Žerovnica in Slovenia, since 1628, where nature dictates the rhythm of life. Through careful renovation, we have preserved the house as authentic and connected to the environment, while also adapting it to modern living. Today, it is a place of peace, silence, and time for oneself.
About Us
We are a family that has lived and farmed on this homestead for centuries, closely connected to the land and its rhythm. Vera and Maruša, mother and daughter, restored the house with great respect for its history, with the desire to preserve its soul and breathe new life into it.
